CWCC will support women’s and youth support group members to participate in CCWC meetings and advocate for the inclusion of GBV issues and funding in district development plans and commune investment plans in Kampong Speu.

CWCC will support women’s and youth groups to engage in CCWC meetings and advocate for GBV issues and funding in local development plans in Siem Reap

Dates and Locations: 22 October 2026, at Svay Leu Commune, Svay Leu District, Siem Reap Objective: To support women’s and youth support group members in attending CCWC monthly meetings and advocating for GBV prevention and response initiatives at the local level.

CWCC will operationalise counselling rooms for women and girl survivors, including coaching and mentoring, as well as monitoring and documenting the impact of the established counselling rooms in Siem Reap.

Dates and Locations: 20 October 2026, at Ta Siem Commune, Svay Leu District 21 October 2026, at Beung Mealea Commune, Svay Leu District Objective: To follow up on and strengthen the operation of counselling rooms for survivors.

Provincial Department of Women’s Affairs (PDoWA) and ACCESS 2 will organise a Capacity-Building Training on Referral Mechanisms and Health Practices for the Gender-Based Violence Response Working Group (GBV-RWG) in Kampong Cham.

Date: 19-20 October 2026, at Kang Meas District, Kampong Cham province. Objective: To strengthen the skills and knowledge of GBV-RWG members on referral mechanisms and health-related practices for GBV response.

Provincial Department of Women’s Affairs (PDoWA) and ACCESS 2 will organise a Capacity-Building Training for the Gender-Based Violence Response Working Group (GBV-RWG) in Kampong Cham.

Date: 8-9 October 2026, at Srei Santhor District Hall, Kampong Cham province. Objective: To provide newly established GBV-RWG members with knowledge of the minimum standards for GBV response and referral pathways in the target districts.

Provincial Department of Women’s Affairs (PDoWA) will conduct a Provincial gender-based violence (GBV) Quarterly Meeting in Kampong Cham.

Date: 6 October 2026, at the PDoWA Meeting Hall Objective: To present the achievements of the GBV Working Group during the second quarter of 2026, discuss challenges and solutions related to GBV cases, and develop a workplan and activity plan for the next quarter.

Date: 30 September 2026 Venue: Meeting Hall of the Provincial Department of Women's Affairs (PDoWA), Ratanakiri Province. Objective: To present the achievements of the GBV Working Group during the second quarter of 2026, discuss challenges and solutions related to GBV cases, and develop a work plan and activity plan for the third quarter of 2026 to strengthen coordinated and effective GBV response efforts.

ACCESS 2 and government counterparts will conduct the 3rd Quarterly Provincial Disability Action Council (PDAC) Meeting for 2026 in Siem Reap Province.

Date: 30 September 2026 Venue: Provincial Meeting Hall, Siem Reap Province. Objective: To share key progress, lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations from PDAC members, and to discuss priority actions and strategic directions for the upcoming quarter.
