ACCESS 2 Strengthens Microsoft 365 Orientation, Empowering Sub-National Authorities

In September–October 2025 ACCESS 2 conducted Microsoft 365 training sessions to 20 staff members (13 Females) of the Provincial Departments of Women’s Affairs (PDoWA) in ACCESS 2’s target provinces: Kampong Speu, Kampong Cham, Ratanakiri, and Siem Reap. . Ensuring Social Service Budgeting for GEDSI Integration at the Sub-National Level
