ACCESS 2 is an Australian Government initiative managed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Program management and implementation is guided by the DFAT Cambodia country team and the ACCESS 2 Governance mechanisms.
A dedicated ACCESS 2 support team is comprised of mainly Cambodian staff and a small number of international specialists. Members of the team have been selected for their experience and skills in relevant fields such as disability and rehabilitation, eliminating violence against women and grants management.
