Emergency situations occur unexpectedly—and chances are it may be someone you know who requires care. Learning first aid could help you save the life of a family member, colleague or someone on the street. First aid training gives you the information and skills you need to help you deliver the care that someone needs while waiting for medical professionals to arrive.
Recently, under the support of the Australian Government, the ACCESS 2 team received the First Aid Training, provided by the Red Cross Cambodia.
The training gives staff members the fundamental modules they need to assist victims right away. These modules include key lessons on emergency care, basic life support, and first aid principles. The ACCESS 2 team had the chance to practice with one another and ask questions during the visual and hands-on training that the Red Cross’s expert trainers offered.
Every staff did the paper test and practical test at the conclusion of training and everyone passed the exam.
Thanks to the Australian Government for providing funding for this important training. We are very grateful for it.
