Third Disability Inclusion Workstream Meeting

• The Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY),
• The Disability Action Council Secretariate General (DAC-SG).

Event Overview
ACCESS 2 is pleased to announce its third Disability Inclusion (DI) Workstream Meeting, bringing together national and sub-national stakeholders, alongside ACCESS 2 DI Strategic Implementing Partners (SIPs).

Purpose

• To present the main progress, including key lessons learnt and challenges of the 2^nd year of DI workstream (July 2024 – June 2025)
• To present key priorities including key indicators of the coming Year 3 AWP (July 2025 – June 2026).
• To share the coming key events, including the 43^rd International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) and the 27^th National Day of Persons with Disabilities.
• To prepare for the coming 2^nd ACCESS 2 Steering Committee (ASC) meeting that will take place on 22 Aug 2025.

Participants
We are honoured to welcome representatives from:

• Ministry of Social Affairs, Veteran and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY)
• Disability Action Council Secretariat General (DAC-SG)
• General Secretariate National Social Protection Council (GS-NSPC)
• Strategic Implementing Partners including Cambodian Disabled People’s Organisation (CDPO), People’s Action for Inclusive Development (PAfID), CARE, and UNICEF.
• Provincial Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation /Disability Action Council (P-DAC)
• DFAT representatives and ACCESS 2 team members 

Expected Attendance: Approximately 30 participants

We anticipate a productive exchange of ideas and valuable feedback from all participants.
