In September–October 2025 ACCESS 2 conducted Microsoft 365 training sessions to 20 staff members (13 Females) of the Provincial Departments of Women’s Affairs (PDoWA) in ACCESS 2’s target provinces: Kampong Speu, Kampong Cham, Ratanakiri, and Siem Reap. . Ensuring Social Service Budgeting for GEDSI Integration at the Sub-National Level

Kampong Speu, October 9, 2025: The Provincial Coordination Committee (PCC), with support from ACCESS 2, organised a critical consultative meeting focused on strengthening the integration of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) principles into the sub-national investment programs.
