This is an open call for expressions of interest for projects that will contribute to the ACCESS program outcomes.

The ACCESS Competitive Investment Mechanism (CIM) will provide grants to  support stakeholders’ contributions to the National Action Plan to Prevent Violence Against Women (NAPVAW) and the National Disability Strategic Plan (NDSP). It complements existing Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) resources and will prioritise support for activities identified through joint planning processes led by key RGC ministries in each sector.

Eligible entities are UN agencies, International Organisations, NGOs, Disabled People’s Organisations, and private sector organisations, including academic institutions.
