After years of dedicated service and unwavering commitment, ACCESS 2 bids a heartfelt farewell to our Deputy Team Leader, whose leadership and contribution have been instrumental since the earliest days of the program.
With deep gratitude, ACCESS 2 says goodbye to our Deputy Team Leader Mr Sasha Cigljarevic. Sasha’s leadership has been a vital part of our journey. Serving in this role since ACCESS Phase 1, Sasha has been a cornerstone of the program’s growth and success. From ACCESS 1 to its continued evolution in Phase 2, his guidance, strategic direction, and hands-on support have consistently strengthened the work of ACCESS 2.
Sasha has played a vital role in shaping program implementation, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring quality, inclusive, and survivor-centred approaches across all activities. His strong commitment to finance, operations, staff well-being, safeguarding and communications has helped ACCESS 2 achieve meaningful and lasting implementation impact at community level.
Colleagues and partners alike have valued his steady leadership style, openness to collaboration, and willingness to mentor and support team members. He has encouraged innovation while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, learning, and results. Sasha has inspired the ACCESS 2 team and partners to continuously strive for excellence in supporting some of the most vulnerable populations in Cambodia.
As he moves on to the next chapter of his professional journey, we express our deepest gratitude for his dedication, leadership, and service to ACCESS 2. His legacy will continue through the strengthened systems, empowered partners, and lives positively impacted by the program.
