Provincial Department of Women’s Affairs (PDoWA) and ACCESS 2 will organise a Capacity-Building Training on Referral Mechanisms and Health Practices for the Gender-Based Violence Response Working Group (GBV-RWG) in Kampong Cham.

• Date: 19-20 October 2026, at Kang Meas District, Kampong Cham province.
• Objective: To strengthen the skills and knowledge of GBV-RWG members on referral mechanisms and health-related practices for GBV response.
