Overview:
This is the inaugural PCC meeting in Ratanakiri. It will introduce PCC members and their Terms of Reference (ToRs), provide an update on ACCESS 2 progress, and present the Year 3 joint workplan for endorsement.

Objectives:

• Introduction of PCC members and ToRs
• Overview of ACCESS 2 progress
• Presentation and endorsement of Ratanakiri’s Year 3 joint workplan
• Identification of potential synergies for the upcoming quarter
• Discussion on next steps

Participants:
Representatives from subnational government, SIPs (TPO, CARE, PAfID, CIPL), and the ACCESS 2 team.

Expected Attendance: ~30 participants
