In September–October 2025 ACCESS 2 conducted Microsoft 365 training sessions to 20 staff members (13 Females) of the Provincial Departments of Women’s Affairs (PDoWA) in ACCESS 2’s target provinces: Kampong Speu, Kampong Cham, Ratanakiri, and Siem Reap. .
The training aimed to introduce Microsoft 365 and its cloud-based collaboration tools, enabling participants to work more efficiently and securely in a digital environment. By leveraging these tools, PDoWA staff can improve communication, streamline workflows, and manage data more effectively.

Additional Support
As part of the initiative, ACCESS 2 handed over one used computer with a fully integrated system to each provincial department, supporting their transition to digital solutions.
This marks the initial phase of technical support for PDoWA officials. Ongoing coaching and mentoring will follow, accompanied by close monitoring to ensure the system operates efficiently and delivers meaningful impact in daily work.
