The program will prioritise the following ways of working, to support effective delivery of program outcomes:
- Building sectoral engagement and partnerships. Activities will be designed to foster and support sectoral connections and collaboration to build peer learning between organisations in areas of expertise and contribute to the collective impact of sectoral partners.
- Elevating the voice of survivors of GBV and people with disabilities, including indigenous peoples. Opportunities to foster participation by people with disabilities and survivors of GBV, including indigenous peoples, in the design, implementation and monitoring of activities will be prioritised. The expressed needs and preferences of survivors of GBV and people with disabilities, and impacts of ACCESS II for these people, will be central to the program’s focus and its M&E.
- Flexibility and adaptability. The program will maintain flexibility given the complex and dynamic operating context, and the need to respond to evidence of what is effective in achieving change.
